Let’s dive into the deep & sensual waters of the Scorpio New Moon. When the Sun, Moon, & the Earth align, we can only see the shadow side of the moon. When three or more celestial bodies form a straight line, this is called a syzygy. It can be traced back to the Greek syzygos & translates to ‘yoked together.’ This New Moon, Lunar Samhain, can also be considered The Real Hallow’s Eve—when the veil is thinnest. Masks have taken on a whole new meaning since Covid, & it’s Spooky Season, but do you wear a mask every day of the year? Take note of the way you act around certain people & then the way you act when you are alone. What aren’t you sharing? How do you change around people? Do you act one way around one person & then another way around someone else? Why? Dig deep. Take note. Be patient with yourself, especially if you’ve been hiding for a long time. ‘Tis the season to start dressing up as the real you.
Practice Stream of Consciousness Writing
When the New Moon is in Scorpio, it’s a powerful time to go inward & continue to do the work. One of the ways to do that is to write it out. What would you do if you weren’t afraid? What’s holding you back? Set a timer for twenty minutes & write without lifting your pen from the paper. Let it all out to let it all go.
