★ Please keep in mind that these pins are handmade. While creating them, I thought a lot about what I’ve had to use my metaphorical shield for throughout my life. All the battles I’ve stumbled into, showed up for, or started in this life. The dents, scars & scratches my shield has from fighting the good fight of life. The chinks I’ve had to & continue to heal. I was thinking about how these are hand-painted & will all be different. How the minor “flaws” that can show up because they are handmade can be looked at like YOUR symbolic “dents” & “scars” from the hardships you’ve endured.
